Bone china Debbie figurine number HN2385, made in England by Royal Doulton.  Blue dress with white skirt that has green dots.  1968 marked on bottom. 
Condition:  Small scratch on front of dress, otherwise excellent condition.  See 2nd photo of circled area showing the small scratch.  Other white spots are camera glare.  No original box.
