Densmore Folic'Expert 5-MTHF Contraception & Pregnancy 30 Tablets is a food supplement containing vitamins B9 (folate), B6 and B12 for women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Vitamin B9 increases maternal folate content. Adequate care before and during pregnancy supports the healthy development of the fetus, particularly the development of the neural tube. Folate is biologically active in the form 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid). The formula is highly dosed in 5-MTHF (600 g) and provides the cofactors (vitamins B6 and B12) of 5-MTHF.

Swallow 1 tablet per day with food, at least before conception and during the first three months of pregnancy.
