Mercurochrome Reusable Hot/Cold Bag 18cm x 14cm is to be used as an external cold application for bruising relief and hot for muscle pain relief.

The bag is surrounded by a fabric cover that protects the skin from direct contact with the area to be treated. Conveniently, the cover has a fastening system that easily ensures the bag is held on all 4 parts of the body.

The gel contained in the sachet remains flexible in both cold and heat, so that the sachet adapts perfectly to the shape of the painful areas to be treated.

The temperature of the pouch can be kept hot for 1h30 and cold for 30 minutes for pain relief.

Cold: put the bag in the freezer for at least 1h30-2h00. When using, put the sachet in your pocket before applying it to the painful area. The pouch can be stored in the freezer to ensure it is always ready to use.

Hot: Immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Take the sachet out of the water, dry it and put it in the sachet before applying it to the painful area. Place the sachet in the microwave at 650W for a maximum of 1 minute. Remove the sachet from the oven and place in the sachet before applying to the painful area.

Do not ingest the content. Do not tear the warm and cold bag.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Always wrap the warm and cold bag in your pocket or in a cloth to avoid the risk of burns.

Avoid direct skin contact.

It is imperative to consult a doctor before using the hot/cold pouch on infants, children or the elderly, those with diabetes or cardiovascular disease and/or skin sensitivity (Raynaud's Syndrome).
