This is a totally natural Amethyst Stone. Mixed purple in colour with white, weighs about 3- 4 grams 
and has a sturdy alloy attachment, ready supplied on a cord necklace.

Amethyst is a traditional healing stone in Reiki because its vibration level works on a 
similar frequency to the traditional Reiki frequencies. 
It is said to help ward off the evil spirits that can induce nightmares.

Amethyst is often used to enhance the process of meditation, whether you use 
the stone as a focus point, or prefer to hold it or wear it whilst you're meditating.

Because the stone gradually absorbs negative energy, it's recommended that you cleanse 
it on a regular basis by running it under cold water for a few minutes and then pat it dry.
 
It's up to you how regularly you do this process - some people "feel" when it's time for a cleanse, 
others just stick to a schedule of every few days, much depends on how much 
you use the stone for cleansing work and how much cleansing needs to be done.

If you're not wearing the crystal on a necklace, it's recommended that you 
keep it out of direct sunlight as much as possible to avoid it
 absorbing unwanted energy from the sun's rays.
