Helmco-Lacy Stainless Steel Ice Cream Parlor Soda Fountain Store Pump Dispenser.  Under pump is empty not sure how that works.  Would you put container of fudge straight there in container received?  Needs cleaned has some dust and dirt.  One contained has an inspection paper in it not sure if used.  Look at the pictures as a reference and ask any questions Thanks.
