This regal china pattern was inspired by the works of Alfred, Lord Tennyson, distinguished poet laureate of Victorian England. If his famous subject, the ever-weaving Lady of Shallot, had used bone china, she might have chosen this pattern for its rich tapestry effect. Luxuriously trimmed with 22-karat gold, each pristine white piece features a rim band of deep burgundy garlanded with a golden, scrolling leaf design. The salad plate and rimmed soup bowl feature lavishly decorated borders that provide exceptional contrast.
