For your consideration are 2 Limoges France Dove birds.  These are a bisque finish porcelain.  One is larger at 5" in length from beak to tail and the other is 4".  They have some holes on the bottom.  Not sure what they were used for.  Some say shade pull, but at 5" that would be pretty large.  Decorations for a Christmas tree?  They do sit well by themselves.  No chips or cracks and clean white.
