Vintage Wallace 9012 Blue Enamel Silverplate Pedestal Bowl MCM 7" x 4.5" x 3" High.
There is an area of chipped enamel along the top edge.
The blue is lightly scratched all over with a couple deeper scratches.
There are light scratches and small worn spots in the silverplate.
