I am not sure if the stopper is original to the decanter but it does fit nicely however has chips to the stem and 

one shallow flake to the bottom of the upper rim

Other than what is called out 

There is some cloudy spots inside the body

Priced accordingly

As with most pieces of cut glass from this period, there may be some chips to the edges or underside. If they are readily seen, I will call them out or picture them for your review.
