A little hard to read but a few names in here and it's a sale of land in Whitplains Township, Montgomery  County, Pennsylvania. Names may be James Bartlison, Sarah Bartlison, David Knife, John Sheneberger. Old seals, About 18 1/2 inches tall, 24 inches wide. Very good shape, folds, light browning, light general wear as shown, neat piece to frame.   Zoom in for details.
