    1. Slow transfer rate issue
         To get the best transfer speed the unit must be plug into a 3.1 USB Port.

    2. I plugged it into a 3.0 hub and it is still slow
         Plugging it into a 3.0 hub and then attaching it to a 2.0 port on your computer will only get you 2.0 speed.

    3. For the optimum transfer speed attach to a 3.1 USB Port
    4. 3.0 USB port will have a color blue
    5. 2.0 USB port will have a color black
