In Season 2, Episode 21 is called "Conflict Resolution" as is rated 8.7/10 on IMDb. In the second half of the episode Michael pays a guy to take a staff photo. It turns out bad so Michael- who professes himself to to be a "photoshop expert"- decides to "fix" it. This is what he came up with. It is shown near the end of the show. This reproduction is framed and is a borderless 8.5X11. Hilarious prop that can be hung anywhere.
