Two Pound Coin 1707 Tercentenary Act Of Union

The Two Pound Coin 1707 Tercentenary Act Of Union was issued to commemorate the union of England and Scotland. The design of the coin is divided into four quarters - one with a rose, a thistle occupying two of the quarters and a portcullis in each of the other two quarters. The four quarters make a jigsaw motif and the dates 1707 and 2007 and the words ‘two pounds’ surround it.
