This little lady is only 3 inches tall.  The back of the figurine is all white and the front appears to be hand painted.  Her face is painted on, her hair is colored brown and the front of her hat is pale blue.  Around the bottom hem of the dress is pale blue and dark green and the tip of her shoe is gold.  Around the v in the neck of the dress is gold.   I have always had this on my dresser.  I loved it because it was old, even before I liked antiques.  It is marked Japan on the bottom.  There are no chips or cracks. She does stand even though it is very delicate and light weight.
