Canephron coated tablets are a traditional herbal preparation.

 

 

Canephron is used to treat mild ailments caused by inflammation of the lower urinary tract and to prevent the formation of kidney stones.

 

 

Canephron should be used for maintenance treatment in combination with specific treatments prescribed by your doctor.

 

 

Traditional herbal medicinal product for indications based on long-term use only.

Ingredients of canephron

 

 

- The active ingredients are heartwort herb, yellowish root, rosemary leaves. Each coated tablet contains 18 mg Centaurium erythraea Rafn sl, herba (umbrella heartwort), 18 mg Levisticum officinale Koch., Radix (medicinal yellow roots), 18 mg Rosmarinus officinalis L., folium (fragrant rosemary leaves).

 

 

- Emergent material. Tablet core: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, povidone K25, colloidal anhydrous silica. Tablet coating: liquid glucose, spray dried, calcium carbonate, maize starch, dextrin, montanglycol wax, povidone K30, castor oil natural, sucrose, shellac, talc, red iron oxide (E172), di1 (E172), riboflavin .

 

 

 Usage:

 

 

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

 

 

Unless otherwise stated, the recommended dose is given in the table below

Take a single dose in the morning, lunch and evening.
Take the tablet whole with a small amount of liquid (such as a glass of water).
Sufficient fluids should be consumed during treatment.

 

 

The duration of treatment is not limited, but when using this medicine, please refer to section 2, “Before you take Canephron”.

 

 

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Canephron is too strong or too weak. 

 

 

If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

 

 

 

What to do if you take too much Canephron?
To date, there have been no known cases of poisoning.
Contact your doctor if you have taken an overdose of this medicine. Your doctor will decide on the appropriate treatment.

 

 

 

If you forget to take Canephron
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

 

 

If you stop taking Canephron
When you stop taking Cenephron , you usually do not get any problems.
