Cute navy blue top.

This is great to be worn over a turtleneck, mock turtleneck or any top. Or as a light jacket on cool days.

It top has 4 button closure, on bodice and the bottom is slightly gathered. The bottom does not button. The button are sewn on with ribbon and the loops for the buttons are also ribbon. It has 2 buttoned flaps for the look of pockets, but there aren’t any pockets. It has blue with pink dots covering the seams in the hood and at the neckline.

It measures 17” armpit seam to armpit seam. And about 22” from neck same to hem, measured along the back.
