Yes these are the Military Dress shoes worn with Dress Uniform, These Dress shoes are Military Regulation and are the standard for All Soldiers to include ROTC and Civil Air Patrol. The Shoes That are issued to ROTC and Academies do not have a Shine ( Patent Leather ) like these. Each Pair of shoes that I sell are all Patent Leather Corfam Shoes with a high gloss look. Each pair of shoes are formation ready and inspection ready. They are not brand new and may have some inside scuffing from standing at attention for periods of time, however there is a way to get any scuff out of patent leather shoes. Vaseline is the key, simply take a cotton t-shirt and take a small amount of vaseline and rub into the scuff with small circles , then reverse the small circles, you will soon see the scuffs starting to disappear, remember scuffs are on the outside not the inside meaning they will buff out .
