This photo is from Taylor photography in West Chester, PA. Mr. T. W. Taylor lived from 1838 until 1904. His career was until the Civil War and then again from 1863 until 1890. His studio was at 10 W. Gay Street I believe. The young lady in the photo is identified on the reverse as Agnes Russell, daughter of Mary K. Rife Russell. I tried to find relatives of this young lady but was unable to. Mr. Taylor was a well know photographer so people traveled from far and near for his services. There is a spot at the bottom of the dress but not on the dress. It looks like it might scrape off but I didn't want to damage the piece. It has been in a smoke free home.
