For your consideration is a vintage bird in a cage.  This is a parakeet that is motion activated and cheeps and moves its head a little.  It operates on 2 AAA batteries.  The bird is perched on a stand that can be removed from the bottom to replace the batteries.  It does look like the perch stand has been glued at one time.  The metal cage does have one of the bars missing as shown.  It is metal and has paint loss.  Stands 15" tall and is about 6" in diameter.
