Used General Electric Tri-Clad10 HP 3 Phase Motor on adjustable cast iron base 26.8/13.4 Amp 208-230/460-volt 256U frame 1760 RPM. 1 3/8" Dia. x 3-3/4 L shaft Model No.5K4256A21

Note cast iron base has a crack at one corner that probably should be welded see pictures.

I powered it up and it runs well.

Used motor from a closed factory that kept new replacement motors in stock for their equipment.
