For your consideration is a large 17" ceramic hen chicken.  This chicken is from a family estate where they purchase a lot of Italian ceramics.  I believe this may be one of those items.  There is no mark.  Beautiful hand painted with the grapes on the body.  Very colorful and nicely done.  One very small chip on the base where the green grass is in the back.  Weighs almost 5 pounds by itself.
