Just wanted to share my experience of how I acquired this book, so basically I had a gig recently where I was working directly with Cieran McGuigan on a real estate campaign which was organised by REINSW (Real Estate Institute of NSW). So the role was a temporary lead generator role which was required for those events, hunting leads (Real Estate Agents) which were interested in securing their 6 CPD hours for all class 1 or 2 license holders. I had a great time working with and to get to know Ciaran McGuigan in person as well.
We also spoke about my eCommerce platform as well, he was impressed by my work and he gave me a couple of his written books as a gift to keep and a few to sell as well, with his signature on it.
I was very grateful for that opportunity and I'm more than happy to share his work and techniques! This is a great sales book for beginners and anyone in general.
