Cover looks great, a few creases near edges; light scuffing and discoloration along opening edges (front/back); shrink has torn away at bottom left corner of back with scuffing and discoloration to back cover. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is unbroken, clean and has no text. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and tiny divot at center. (Not a cut-out.)

Michael Webb Pierce was an American honky-tonk vocalist, songwriter and guitarist of the 1950s, one of the most popular of the genre, charting more No. 1 hits than any other country artist during the decade. His biggest hit was In the Jailhouse Now, which charted for 37 weeks in 1955, 21 of them at No. 1. Pierce also charted No. 1 for several weeks each with his recordings of Slowly, Love, Love, Love, I Don't Care, There Stands the Glass, More and More, I Ain't Never, and his first No. 1 Wondering, which stayed at the top spot for four of its 27 weeks' charting in 1952.
