Before overdrive/distortion pedals, cranking a small tube amp to max, or even slicing the speaker cone with a razor blade, was common practice to achieve the sought after distortion sound. Since the first Fuzz-pedals of the 1960's, a world of great pedals have built the foundation of rock music as we know it today.
The Pulse Technology Blaster is a compact Distortion pedal for all modern types of Metal music. The 3-way toggle switch offers Hi Boost, Boost Off and Lo Boost to suit any amp and type of Metal sound. It is very simple to use, with Volume, Tone and Gain to fine tune your sound, runs on any standard Boss-type power supply, 9V DC center minus.

In the Hi-Boost position, the pedal produces the tone you need for singing chimey sustainful solo’s, with killer sustain and body with harmonics. This pedal sounds great in all 3 positions. You can put it in the high boost position, roll the tone and distortion back around 12 O clock and have the ACDC type of marshallesque tone. This is a very versatile pedal and is like an old triple RAT distortion pedal on steroids. This is a very cool pedal with a lot of tone and very tube oriented tone.
