Alex Evenings Women's Velveteen Dress Skirt Size M Black.  This skirt is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. It is super soft and very stretchy. Waistband measures 28” before stretching and stretches to 37”. Total length from the top of the waistband to hem is 42”.
