This sale is for a Panasonic CATV Converter. Comes with Remote and Instructions. I powered it on and was able change channels using the buttons on the unit. Beyond this, I did no other testing. Remote has a chip. Being sold as is. Please ignore any glare, and check out the pictures.

Shipping will be via the USPS in the US. Item(s) will be packaged in a corrugated cardboard box.
