Shipping:
- Most items ship same day if ordered in the morning, next day if ordered in the afternoon or evening.
- Items ordered on Friday after noon CST will ship on Monday, as well as items ordered on Saturday or Sunday
- I ship directly to Canada using USPS First Class International service
- For all other countries that are listed under's Global Shipping Program, this is the service I use.
- If I don't ship to your country, it means it's not covered under the Global Shipping Program.
Returns
- You can return or exchange an item within 30 days. Item MUST be in the exact condition it was sent in, with tags attached and in unworn condition.
- If the reason for the return or exchange is due to my error, such as the wrong item was sent, then I will pay for the return shipping.
- For all other reasons, such as you didn't like it, it didn't fit correctly, or you changed your mind, you will pay for shipping back.
- If you are returning any Hades Footwear, I can only approve the return if you first send me quality images that show that the shoe is completely unworn. If there is any sign of wear I cannot accept them back. I am following Hades' own return and exchange policy, I will forward the images to them to see if the return will be approved.
- For returns you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, in the case of an exchange this fee is waived.
