New take off motor the machine dealer this came from sometimes sold machines to the Amish who did not want the electric motor, so they removed them  

This motor it is a new [new take off] from a now closed equipment dealer that kept replacement motors in stock for the equipment they sold motors may have shelf wear/scratches/dents and dust from being stored without a box
