(internal #U-70-12)  This is a hatpin with two faceted, 14x10mm opaque blue iridescent glass beads with gold tone alloy spacer bead accents, about 7-7/8" long with cap at end.  Nice piece!  

No defects.  I know because I create these lovely pieces.
