(Internal #B-SEAH-2)  This is a beautiful repro Victorian brass seahorse with fish ans seaweed ocean scene on a piece of oval shaped brass with filigree scrolled deign, made into a pin/pendant (glued on the back), 2-3/4" wide x 2-1/4" wide.  This gorgeous reproduction Victorian stamped brass is antiqued, then buffed to create some shine.
