This diet works on a chemical breakdown and proven to work. Do not vary or substitute any of the below foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. This diet is to be used three days at a time. After three days of this begin eating a normal diet, but do not overdo it. After four days you may go back to the three day diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to this diet. This is safe, remember..NO CHEATING and do not pick between meals. You may have black coffee or tea.
Drink 6 8 glasses of water daily.
