For your consideration, here is a Hampton Bay Fan Remote Control, model no.  FAN-HD, made in Taiwan.  I have tested it as far as the indicator lights up when the buttons are pressed.  It has been cleaned.  The remote control has a little wear on it.  The battery compartment is clean and the battery compartment door is there.  The remote control will be mailed in a box, for protection.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (648.11a27d-.7rx18)
