This is a Porcelain Two Tier Tidbit Tray that is Hand Painted Nippon and has a Butterfly and Roses Motif. The base measures approx 9 1/2" and the top level approx 4 3/4" and it is in good pre-owned condition with no chips - has one hairline crack mark on side of the top tier - piece is still fully usable and you don't really notice it unless you are looking for it.
