3.5" of the strap broke off. The scrap is include and there are still enough holes in the remaining strap for the bag to function properly.  Leather is vintage and heavily scuffed.  Zipper works but could use a bit of lubrication. Please look closely at photos - this is the exact item you are purchasing.
