BRAND NEW 24pc Symmatrix Classic Elegance Series Railings Vinyl PVC 4.25" Post Skirt White. You get a full case or 24 (TWEENTY FOUR) 4.25"x4.25" PVC post skirts as shown. The tag on the skirt says that they are 4" skirts but please note that the inside measurement of the skirt measures 4.25"x4.25". Since this is confusing to customers I am listing the skirts with the 4.25" measurement so everyone understands that a 4" post is too small within the skirt and the post need a white PVC sleeve over it for these to work for you.  As the photos show even with a sleeve on the post there is still a bit of room. Please view all photos to understand the size of the skirts and determine if they are what you are looking for.   • RETURN POLICY: Due to's hassle free return policy a 20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL RETURNS. Used items have a 14 day return policy and new items have a 30 day return policy. I accept returns on items that are defective only. If you have an item that you believe to be defective please email me to set up a return. I reserve the right to exchange the item if I have the same item in stock. Returns are not issued for changing your mind so please be sure the item is what you want. I cut my prices so low that I can not afford to deal with the people who buy-use-return. Returns cost everyone money in the end. I will issue a refund when an exchange is not available. If an item is damaged in shipping I will submit all the proper paperwork with the shipping company used and once cleared a refund for the item will be issued.
