Ty Beanie Baby 8-Inch "Congo the Gorilla" with Tag Errors
This toy has been in storage for quite a while, as we have been cleaning out and clearing out excess office and inventory items.
It is the 8-inch type all original, with Tush-tag but No Swing-tag. This is a 1996 copyright. This has the "R" registered trademark between the Ty log and the TM trademark by the toy name (Congo). That is a rare version of this toy.
The Tush tag reads: Copyright 1996 Ty Inc. Oakbrook IL, U.S.A.; Reg. No. PA. 1965 (KR), which means for the Korean market. The Tush tag errors are: 1) Period after IL (Oakbrook, IL"." U.S.A.); 2) Missing a comma between Ty and inc.; 3) Shows "P.E. Pellets" which stands for polyethylene. The periods should be dropped; and, 4) No period in the reigistration number ("Reg. No PA 1965").
This is being offered "as-is", although we think all the information and the error noting is correct, but we can not assure that.
