We are a smoke free home, but do have a pet. I take pride in my sales and do my best to represent all items accurately as possible. I try to look over each item thoroughly but sometimes things could be missed. If an items is new with a tag, the label and tag will have an ink line across them to prevent returning to the retail store. There are no refunds unless I grossly misrepresented something.

Shipping:
