Available are these nice dress pants from Proenza Schouler. They feature:

Side slant and rear button pockets -Front pleats -Belted waistband with zipper tab closure - Straight leg which is meant to hit an ankle length - 

The smooth black fabric is 96% wool and 4% lycra. 

Size 8. Measures approximately: 16" waist, 19 1/2" hips, 10" rise, 27" length, 6 3/4" leg opening. These are in excellent pre-worn condition and very well maintained - never washed only drycleaned. No stains, tears or odors.
