Butterick pattern 4233, not dated, for a Misses' maternity dress and tunic in size 10.  This will fit a misses' with the following measurements:   
Sz 10 (b32 ½, w 25, hip 34 ½)

Very loose-fitting dress three inches below mid-knee or tunic has square neckline, front and back pleated into yokes, and full length or short sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs.  View C has purchased Soutache trim.  Purchased pants.  The envelope is in fair condition with wear on the corners, few tears and all the information on the back is very legible.  The pattern is UNCUT AND UNUSED is in good condition and is complete with the instructions.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  I do combine shipping.
