"If books could only talk," well in a way that is what they do but for this one we would love to talk to the fly on the wall. Former property of the Security Chief of the NSA whose small library I bought recently at auction. Sorry no national secrets available, tried selling to the Chinese but they said they already had Frisbees. Seriously the inside front cover bears documentation that this was the personal property of one S. Wesley Reynolds I suppose to the effect he was allowed to carry it in and out.

Good to Very Good condition, not bad, the wear most noticed is to the cover around the edges. None of the pages are coming loose and the plastic ring binding is not cracking or breaking in any way. Some notations inside mostly if not all in light pencil. 220 numbered pages of which the last is half loose. I believe it is complete. Scarce publication.
