This Victorian Era Lithograph is a delightful and innocent reminder of the joy children can have while playing on the beach. It's titled "By The Sea" and there is no artists name. We spent quite some time attempting to research it to find the artist but we couldn't make any leeway. Nonetheless it's a beautiful picture thats in terrific condition.

It's been brought to our attention that there are awful people that attempt to scam potential customers by faking various period pictures and passing them off as authentic.  They do it by retrieving an image from the internet, printing it and then calling it real. Upon a close inspection fakes are easy to spot. Using a simple magnifying glass you'll see that computer printed pieces print by using tiny dots that then make up the image as a whole. However, a real antique lithograph or print does not have dots.

Our last image is of a magnifying loop being held over this picture to show a closeup to prove this picture is a real Victorian lithograph. Boo on dots, this one's no fake... this beautiful picture is the real thing.
