White glass, with a red gingham check pattern in red.  The name "JULIE" is in blue.

The cup measures approximately 3" tall.  The base has a diameter of approximately 2-7/8", excluding the handle.

Pre-owned.  No chips, cracks, or crazing.  There is some fading / wash wear to the red design.
