This is really a terrific combination of fabrics. A cocoa matelasse woven into panels that are bordered by complicated paisley design border at one end of the width of the fabric in raised taupe yarns . I also have a solid merino wool gabardine to match in the cocoa color ! I made long jackets of the matelasse turned on its side to have borders running up & down at the center front & collar. Solid dress or slacks. It tailors beautifully into Coats, jackets, slacks, skirts & coatdresses ! Most versatile & wearable. This is a wonderful quality of fabric ! Sold for $ 90.00 yd.

The first thing about buying fabric online is that all monitors distort color. I try to describe colors as best I can, but you may be much more sensitive & see subtle nuances & shades that I do not.
If you are blessed with a discerning eye and if the exact shade is important it is best to buy a swatch or buy from a neighborhood store and not online. You won't be disappointed & they'll appreciate the business !

RETURNS I try describing colors and fabrics as best I can, but I do understand that there will be times when it is just not right for you. Just email me & let me know that we need to cancel the transaction & refund the fabric price back to you. Not a big deal at all !
