This is a 10 inch tall (not counting their topknots) plush dragon from the children's cartoons Dragon Tales, named Zak and Wheezie. 

 It is in used, but good, condition.  There are no rips, tears, holes, loose seams or any booboos. It is clean and free of odors and is from a smoke-free home.
