For your consideration is a vintage Amerock Carriage House Single light switch cover.  This is brass.  Has the screws with it.  Measures 5 3/4" tall and 3 1/4" wide.  This is a reclaimed piece so it may have some scratches, not new.  Check the other pieces I have in this same pattern.
