Here we have a neat vintage antique porcelain table lamp. Marked on the bottom Italy and numbers. Age and maker are unknown. Has dual lights. Has a small chip out of the upper edge near the shade and one on the bottom edge. Shade is New Brunswick. Lamp height is 21.5 inches. Tested and it works. Looks to be hand painted.
