This charcoal grey pencil skirt is in very good used condition. The elastic in the waist in great condition. The split in the back shows no wear or tears. There are no holes or snags in this skirt. Waist measures 14" without pulling on elastic. The length measures 33". Would make a nice addition to a closet or outfit.
