THIS HAS TWO DRY CLEANING TAGS ATTACHED, APPEARING IT HAS BEEN CLEANED.

VTG BYER TOO! of California Black and White Polka Dots Cropped  Blouse.  One-button front with pointed bottom.  Elastic gathered waist, except for the front points.  Shoulder pads.  There is an interior button on either upper side - it appears there may have been an originall panel that could be used on front upper chest, which is not longer attached.  Made in the USA.  Dry clean, 55% acetate, 45% rayon.  Women's size 9.  Approx. measurements:  

Pit to Pit Flat:  21"
Bottom:  26" (not stretched)
Total Length (from armpit):  8-1/2"
Sleeve Length (from shoulder seam):  10"

Payment is due within three days of auction completion.  

Shipping

Item will always ship within three business days after payment is received, but usually sooner. APO, PO, International, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR may require additional postage. Please e-mail me before payment is made.

For many heavier and breakable items I use FEDEX/SMARTPOST.  It is much more economical and keeps shipping costs down.  HOWEVER, it does take longer as I am shipping from the west coast.  When leaving feedback, PLEASE rate my shipping time on the time that I ship out based on my policy, not the time that the item arrives, as I really have no control over shipping time.
