There's an inscription on flyleaf, and small pencil notes on title page and a few other pages. Blank page has a small chipped edge. Deckled pages are otherwise clean. Pages are toned. Binding is tight and square. Attractive half leather hardcovers have some edge and surface wear but otherwise present very nicely.
