This is Monique. She is a 2 1/2", 5-way jointed, crochet thread teddy bear. Monique is made with crochet cotton thread #10. You can make a bear like Monique using this pattern designed by me, Edith Molina.



The pattern includes complete step-by-step instructions to crochet and assemble the bear, a list of materials and supplies needed, and several photos.



The instructions are easy to follow, and the pattern has a diagram to assemble the bear and color photographs of the finished bear.



Thread crochet bears are miniature crocheted and fully jointed teddy bears made with lots of tiny crochet stitches using a variety of threads or thin yarns. Some of them show off the crochet stitches and the ones made from mohair or acrylic yarn can be brushed for a beautiful fuzzy look. These bears are not toys, they are lovely works of art for teddy bear collectors.
